Family First Partnership Offers Opportunity for Membership Growth, Leader Development
National PTA’s partnership with Family First and its programs, All Pro Dad and iMOM, offers a great opportunity for PTA leaders to extend their reach to new audiences. The success of All Pro Dad as part of the PTA MORE (Men Organized to Raise Engagement) Alliance can now be duplicated through the iMOM program for moms and kids. RUNNIN’ REBEL BASKETBALL
With the No. 20/21 UNLV Runnin’ Rebels enjoying one of their best regular seasons in nearly 20 years, fans only have three more opportunities to catch the team in action at home before the regular season concludes (UNLV will play the three home games at the T&M in a span of 11 days). And the final two home games of the season have become annual crowd favorite promotional dates:
Boise State at UNLV – Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. PT
Tickets to this Wednesday night Mountain West showdown start at just $18 if purchased in advance.
Air Force at UNLV – Saturday, Feb. 25 at 1 p.m. PT
Kids Day featuring $5 balcony tickets for kids – Runnin’ Rebel Kids Day festivities are becoming an annual favorite for UNLV fans. A pregame kids’ festival featuring activities, giveaways and a scheduled mascot basketball game (highlighting Hey Reb and his friends) will be held in the Cox Pavilion from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Entry to the festival is free with a ticket to the game. Prior to the day of the game and while supplies last, $5 balcony tickets are available for kids 12-and-under (with the purchase of a ticket at regular price).
Wyoming at UNLV – Saturday, March 3 at 7 p.m. PT
Senior Night White Out featuring 2-for-1 Ticket Special, T-shirt Giveaway & Senior Poster Night – In appreciation of UNLV fans, two-for-one balcony tickets are available prior to the day of game (or while supplies last) to fans to join in the annual White Out in celebration of Senior Night. All fans are asked to wear white to honor UNLV’s four graduating seniors – Oscar Bellfield, Brice Massamba, Chace Stanback and Kendall Wallace. The first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a free white UNLV T-shirt as well as a free poster featuring the four members of this year’s senior class.
LADY REBEL BASKETBALL
With a sweep at home last week of TCU and New Mexico (in front of nearly 1,500 fans), the Lady Rebels moved to 19-8 on the season (their most wins since 2003-04)… UNLV has one more home game remaining. Senior Night is Wednesday, Feb. 29 at 7 p.m. in the Cox Pavilion. Tickets are 2-for-1 to the final game. Kids 12-and-under are always free to the games.
REBEL BASEBALL
UNLV (2-2) finished its opening weekend on the road with a big win at No. 24 UC Irvine on Monday… Opening Night at UNLV’s Wilson Stadium is next Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. It is a $2 Tuesday as all tickets will be $2 as well as $2 food and drink specials. Kids 12-and-under are always free to the games… UNLV will play CS Bakersfield on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week before hosting UNR Friday-Sunday, March 2-4.
