Regions
Regions are geographical divisions of the state designated by NevadaPTA to carry on
work of the association. Nevada PTA is divided into six (6) PTA regions in order to establish a closer working relationship with councils and units. A Region Director serves
on the Nevada PTA Board of Managers and works with the council and unit PTAs in the designated geographical areas of the state. The Region Director is elected by delegates from the geographical area and serves a term of two years. The Region Director offers field service, training, provides networking opportunities and has the primary role in organizing new PTA units within the region.
